Post-War Luft Cuff Title Question...

I picked this up recently, and would like to know when these were re-instuted after the war, and are they still worn today? This one has been removed from a tunic (the ends are still sewn together), and does not glow under a black light. Any info would be appreciated.

Instituted 21st April 1961 43rd Anniversary of the death of the "Red Baron"
(also instituted that day were Boelcke and Immelmann cuffbands)

The Richtofen band is worn by Jagdgeschwader 71.
still worn today, I actually was involved with JG 71 on an exercise some years back while still in the RAF.
