I have a nice pair of EM slip on shoulder boards that are a bit dusty and soiled on the tops from being exposed... the undersides are mint and are a perfect match to a nice M43 tunic that I have.

I'd like opinions on the best way to clean them if at all possible

Hey Mark,
If I was you I would just slightly tap a vacum cleaner on the baords to get as much of the dirt and soil that I can off, other then that I would leave them as is.
