German WWII Boots or early East German??

Someone told me they could be early East German Police (KVP) Boots but maybe WWII

WW2 and early post-war boots of both West and East Germany were made identical. If the boots are not dated, there is no way you can tell when they were made.

There is something stamped on the sole of both Boots..but it isn't really visible anymore

What would be a fair price for these pair of Boots?? I`d like to put them on the E-Stand.
