Help with trousers that came with a KM CA uniform?

I don't know what these are but they came together with a uniform set of a KM Coastal Artillery man. What is even more unique is that the KM unit is an odd high numbered one (12) . If someone knows this unit/regiment it may shead some light on the trousers etc. Maybe Norway? Denmark or Baltic???

IMO that's a pair of swedish (pre)war trousers. Definatly not german ww2. Offcourse they could have been issued to german troops.

Tunic looks fine at first glance.

I knew there not German, But I didn't see any crowns like are useualy in swedish uniforms and sence they came with the tunic thats 100% I figured they may have been issued to one of the coastal stationed in a foreign occupied country, but I was thinking Norway

BTW does anyone know what Coastal regiment number 12 is?
