RKT Ornamented M36 Inf. Off. Tunic

    Dear All,

Just would like to share this image of an attributed uniform and awards of RKT Oberst Kornprobst, CO Jnfantry Regiment 131. The tunic, the belt and all the awards are his. I don't own his RK so that's why there is none on the uniform; I decided not to use anything that was not his.

    Best regards,

    Albert

Stellar tunic! His ribbon bar seems a little odd - can someone explain the WWI award precedence on it?

Very interesting! I have a field tunic for a captain in the 131st Infantry Regiment - un-named, unfortunately. Wonder if your colonel and my captain served together....

Please do not take this the wrong way but how did an old fat bloke get the CCC he must have still been a bad ass in his old age imagine him when he was young

                              Thanks Guys!

Don, the first ribbons on the clasp are Austrian. No clue would they are for...

Calvin, the fate of the lot is rather sad but I have some ideas...

Dave, chances are rather big, esp. if the tunic is mid to late war. Any dates on the taylor label?

Craig, that's a compliment! Like fathers, like sons: his son is also an RKT

                              Thanks again,

                              Albert
