Here is a period photo of a converted waffenrock plus color photos (taken a few years ago) of a waffenrock converted for service use by a Panzergrenadier Hauptmann; no breast pockets, maybe to save money? - Why the three images are on their sides I do not know.

Seems like there is a lot of variations to find in converted waffenrocks.
