Help - Army general tunic - Any chance?

Hi,

I have been offered the following army general tunic, it is not my field and I am complete lost. Could anyone give me a hand and let me know if this tunic is original by any chance? (Honestly I don´t think so but lets see, as said, I know very little about this type of tunics). Thank you very much in advance.

It is supposed to be a private purchase tunic. The shoulder boards does not look original and the condition of theshoulder boards condition does not match the tunic condition that look pristine. The eagle does not look golden and not what I expect on a General grade tunic
I can not comment on the collar patches
