If those are rust stains on it they could be removed. It looks like it had a difficult existence in storage.

100% good original eagle intended for a waffenrock (parade tunic). It has a couple of little rust stains, but they are part of the eagle's history now, and they help to make it unique, so you might want to keep them. Pauke, how would you remove stains like that?

There is a rust stain remover with the brand name Whink that works well. I haven't used it on collection items but it works well on whatever cloth I have used it on.
