NCO tunic

I'm discussing a trade for this tunic, so i'd like to get more comments about it before i conclude the deal. I dont have experience with NCO combat tunics as i stick more to officers. Eagle resewn but that is not a problem for me, more the base tunic interests me. I got some positive revews on personal discussion from fellow collectors but for the sake of the trade, i'd like to post it also publicly for comments. Thanks

Sturm ist a German manufacturer, who sells reenactor items made in China. The brand is MilTec.

OK thanks,...what about the insignias on it? Are those also repro or OK?

Eagle is original and early, the collar tabs are fine but badly aged, shoulderboards could be good but hard to say from these photos, and collar tress is post-war. I'd steer clear of this train wreck.
