The darkened wear on the portion of the piping tucked underneath the tab clearly shows it was previously part of a shoulder strap as well as other details make these home-made attempts IMO. -

I agree with Gary's evaluation.
In addition to the soiling on the reverse side that would not be exposed when sewn on,
It looks like there is evidence of prior stitching (possibly from a canibalized shoulder strap as Gary suggests).
Real field gray wiesengrun piped skull tabs are exceptionally rare ! I have had only 2 singles in all my years of collecting insignia.
Field gray wiesengrun piped tabs with mausgrau litzen are much more available.
I'd pass on these!!
