TeNo tunic with HEER insignia?

I just won this. After researching it, I discovered this maybe a TeNo 'combat tunic'. It would appear HEER insignia was attached at some point. I will have better chance to look at it in hand. Your opinions and thoughts welcomed! Thank you. Dave.

Interesting. The TN did indeed make a field gray uniform (with TN buttons) Not sure whether this one was stripped and wrongly restored, or ?? The base tunic looks believable to me.

Thanks OSS, it would appear it has the 'Mobilization' style straps', the tabs look OK. The eagle has been obscured, so won't know till in hand. I'll wait till Fred takes a lookie see. Dave.
