It does have the look of a BGS camo pattern. The colors are odd. Also odd is the way the rain streaks are horizontal, instead of vertical. Can't say I recall seeing any original water pattern garment like that.

Smocks can be seen with the strich element horizontally, same feature can be seen on GD Splinter smocks.
what is strange on this smock, ‘’separate from the material and the print’’ , is that it lacks the pleat in the neck and the closure strip of fabric with the drawstring eyelets is sewn on the outside.
Normally this would be sewn at the back side of the smock.
