Fhh shoulder board cyphers

Hello, I would like to get some opinions on this pair of FFH cyphers. I have had them a long time but I have never seen any photos of a real pair.

Looks like blobby cast junk

For comparison, this type of prong attached seems to be the most prevalent; but, I have also seen them with round brass pins on them. These cyphers, being issued at a later time in the war, suffer from quality issues. There are only two attaching prongs and they are flimsy. You will see these with broken prongs and they have been sewn to the strap.

the only period pair i have owned were stamped from what appeared to be german silver. they both had rzm marks and manufacturer's codes. i like the pair shown by schulterklappen.
