Hi Robb,

It's hard for me to tell from your photos, the detail is "washed" out by overexposure.

Here is an authentic one, note how the sun rays and palm fronds are thinner and finer detailed than the one you posted.

Hi Jon thankyou for your reply ,it comes from a vet that served in North Africa and Italy along with several other patches .Do you have a shot of the back of your one for me to compare ? Thankyou Rob

Hi Robb,

My first instinct was that yours is good, I still think it is. Perhaps the fine detail of yours is there, just not visible in your photo. Will try to find time to shoot the reverse of mine tonight after work. If the provenance of yours is as you say, there should be no doubt.
