Hello guys!

I wonder if anyone please can help me with this WH Gebirgsjäger edelweiss patch, as I wonder if it is original? I have never examined one that I know for 100% sure is original, so I am not sure what to look after. This one is a very thick and solid “cotton-like” production. It has been machine sewn to a tunic.

Any comments? Thank you in advance.

Looks great to me as well. It is very simular to one posted earlier today with the exception of this one lacking the metallic thread in the pick axes on the top center of the patch...

Does that mean that the patch above is for EMs and the one in the link below is an officer variation?
