Panzer Officer Straps OK?

I just bought a lot that included these Panzer officer shoulder straps. Do they look genuine?

The backing material is not like the regular wool backing on my other boards; It's more of a cloth backing. nothing glows under blacklight, and a thread burned to ash when I did the burn test.

All observations & comments are quite welcome!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but those are East German. Here's a shot of one I have. Identical, except for the color.
