There is a similar one posted, but I personally have never been too fond of the type with the 3 horizontal wing sections embroidered in 1 go. I would prefer to see each of the 3 sections worked as a seperate unit, rather than just picked out with a contrasting coloured thread in order to give the effect.
I'm not saying that this type didn't exist, pre '45, but A lot of the repro Heer bullion birds, of the last 30 years, have been manufactured in this way.
