Double sided state service armband

Have you ever seen a double sided state service armband like this? Or is this a fantasy piece made of two armbands (two cut in half to make one)?

One side is the Deutsche Wehrmacht and the other the State Service Eagle.

I have never seen anything like that before either? I cannot see how anyone could need to wear one and then change to another? Very odd. But from the scans both look to be original armbands.
