Is that catalogue from Nicholas Morigi or another dealer?

This is a catalogue of a German dealer (printed in Belgium) and not from Nicolas Morigi who has nice stuff too. Marc you say the caps are pretty good. Do you have one of this dealer. Because on photo they look all neat but in real ....
I have also heard that he was going to stop because of the difficulties with German law about nazi stuff.
