Lining
Here is also a closer shot of the lining. I think my camera may have distorted the look of the lining in the first picture I posted. If I am correct, my lining is very similar to the lining in Jim's picture above. The weave is the same I think, except that the grain on mine runs the opposite direction.Attached Files

Lining
Well after posting the picture above showing a close-up of the lining, I realised that my camera still has distorted the look of the weave. In the picture it appears to almost be a "quilt-like" material, when in real life it is not. The material just has a solid grain that runs from the upper right to the lower left.
Anybody in Southern California an experience collector of Panzer wraps? I believe the wrap to be a good piece, but I would like someone to see it in person in addition to the pictures.

Just on the topic of photographs, based on several years recent experience doing catalog photography:
*I've noticed the digital format wreaks havoc on images with fine parallel lines, such as the lining material in this tunic. The competing parallel lines of the digital pixels results in a checkerboard pattern distortion which isn't there in reality. This is especially a problem in lower resolutions.
*Black cloth is a b*tch to photograph under most lighting conditions.
*Reds & pinks are often a problem for some digital cameras & computer monitors to record and show accurately.
I suggest better photos would be helpful for meaningful discussion of this piece. Perhaps you can take some outside, in indirect light (shade) on a sunny day. I imagine there's no shortage of those in SoCal.
