IMO post war east german. Two holes for schoulder board button typical east german.

It is an East German converted tunic. No good.

More specifically, an NVA drillich tunic, with it's buttons replaced and a bogus stamp added. Most notable differences include the cut of the pockets and that there's no slit in the backside of the skirt.
