Going through the last bits of a large lot I got a while back and some of these were marked as original but Im curious if any of them are.

Hello,
You have a lot of original and some repro. I will start from the top.
The M44 officer style eagle is liked by some and disliked by others, I am in the dislike group.
The top M43 Trapezoid is a reproduction. The lower one and the cockade are original.
The 2 cap eagles on tan are original, the Heer breast eagle is reproduction. I don't care for the luft eagle but I collect Heer not luft.
All three sets of collar tabs are original and police.
I cannot say anything about the Tropical straps .
The grey on mouse grey police eagle is original.
The two edelweiss' are considered good.

I agree with Fred's evaluations and will just add a few ideas. I also do not feel the first officer's bevo eagle is original. The tropical NCO pair of straps is a reproduction. The final Edelweiss on field gray wool is considered original but finding a wartime photo of one in wear is almost impossible if not impossible.Comment

And is the edelweiss produced by Be Vo with a missing hook of metallized filaments now considered the original? Back in the early 1990s, I heard it was post-war production.Comment

The Winterschlacht im Osten ribbons appear to be original, the thinner is possibly for a miniature or a ribbon bar depending on the width.
