Odd HV boards

I picked these up and perhaps others saw them for sale. They are like normal HV boards but the thread on the top of the boards is very dark blue like Heer medical waffenfarbe. Maybe someone knows what they are. Thanks, sorry the images post sideways-always.

Maybe a discoloration or a tailor mistake. You can check carefully behind the dark blue thread if colour is dark green.

The thread is without any question dark blue not dark green. You can see the individual threads in the image above. I do not think it is mistake.
