I agree on the tunic from the photos. So far, I do not agree on the shoulder straps. Ask for better photos of them.

Do you see red flags on the shoulder themselves or is the different kind of wear
            between them and the tunic?

              Hi Mario,

tunic itself is genuine, litzen look originally zig-zag sewn to the collar but a close-up pic of the eagle would be way more important than the one showing the reverse of the collar!

Whether the straps are original is the key to that price being fair or not. Like John, so far I like what I see, except for the straps. Though I think that eagle is ok for a M40, like Manny, I too would like to see a closeup of the front and back.

There simply isn't enough detail in the photos to judge the shoulder straps, so as yet, no red flags. The difference in wear between the straps and the tunic is no problem for me, this just means that the straps, if authentic, are not original to the tunic. Tropical Heer DAK straps in matching pairs are HIGHLY sought by advanced DAK collectors. They bring a premium price, and because of this, they are faked extremely well. We will need detailed close up photos of the straps (front and reverse) to see if they are good or not.
                  Very best,
                  John
