Could you take pictures of the tunic without the belt with a photo of the back of the tunic. It will be also helpful to take close up of the insignia, collar patches and inside collar and liner
It looks like a hybrid patter. The pockets and collar like an m 36 tunic but with 8 front botton like a waffenrock or reichsheer tunic

It looks like a nice converted waffenrock. Many waffenrock were modified to be used for combat or use as a walking out tunic. The tailor did a great job has many times they were not able to get a color match for the pockets. I have a comtunic that was altered for an officer and the added cloth for the the sleeves are not a good color match. Sometimes after 70 years the cloth color may change
I like it as has a nice patina and honest use

A very nice conversion - actually if I could buy it for a descent price I would want to add that tunic to my collection - just as a nice example of a Waffenrock conversion tunic.
