As we have said...eagle replace, collar tabs looks ok but not clear enough (at least for me) and very interesting thing it's the different material on sleeves....an m40 I dont want in my collection

Relax man, the guys doing the best he can.....

From what I can see, it looks like an original tunic that's been "recycled/reworked" and put back into service late in the war.

It is what it is, not for everyone but an interesting piece in it's own right.

I do not understand your disgusting expression

I only try to collect as many photos as possible, if the quality they offer me is not the best, I cannot do much more either

anyway I thank you for bothering to answer and comment on the robe.

Still better pics needed. Nice quality larger overall pics (front, sides, back, interior) and detailed close ups of Litzen front and back.

However I like the tunic and the fact that the sleeves have been replaced (which is IMO a pretty cool feature). For a friendly price due to replaced eagle something that could be a nice addition to someone's collection.

Question: what are people's opinions on the placement of the signals patch on the left sleeve?

Correct me if i'm wrong but IMO it's a reworked jacket with turned up wool cloth as they did to spare material ? And then worn again ...

if I am not mistaken it would be from a radio operator, the question is whether it came with the sleeves or belonged to the owner of the tunic

For some reason the blitz is reversed, very strange.

                Good catch sewn on backwards
Give a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.

The radio blitz is mounted inside out and mounted low on the sleeve which is incorrect.
Only Waffen SS men that went through army radio schools were allowed to wear the army badge that low on the sleeve
                  (WSS regulations...above the cuff title).
In the Army/Heer the oval was worn HIGH on the left sleeve. Both the radio blitz and the eagle are post war added,
Chest eagle stitched on crooked... and blitz in the wrong position on the sleeve. The shoulderstraps look fake too...
The entire thing is not giving me a good vibe! Run!
