    shoulder pads

    good evening everyone

    Here is a pair of shoulder pads that I think are original!

    But what do they correspond to?

    I think it 's good shoulder boards. Possibly the fastening belts are sewn additionally.

        No it is not medical, it is TSD - truppensonderdienst. À kind og logistics..

              Beautiful TSD-Administration boards for the Heer. Perfect for me. Nice.


              These men took care of personnel, pay, awards process, barracks support, and etc. Before 02Nov1944, these men were all Administrative Officials (Beamter). Officials that were physically qualified for service in the Heer were converted to the TSD program that made them actual military officers. This was to make up for the shortage of regular officers toward the end of the war. Administrative officials wore officer like insignia and uniforms, but lacked command authority. This conversion provided selected officials with a full commission with complete command powers within their career fields.
