          The only thing not "original" is how the belt hooks were inserted. Could you also show the ends of both sleeves inside and outside as it looks like they were lengthened or reinforced?

              Normally there is not a strip of grey lining cloth around the inside ends of the sleeves which we see here. It looks like a period done lengthening of the sleeves and there would be an obvious seam on the outside.

                Or else the folded up end of the cuff was long enough to lengthen it without an additional strip of feldgrau.
