These little eagles are easily copied without many of the tell tale characteristics that the large repos exhibit. I have seen them in many different colors, and even painted up with camo. None that I have examined ever had and foundry marks on the back like which is found on the 24,27,28 & 35 inch eagles . Doug actually had sent me these photos before he posted them on this forum. And as I explained to him, I have never really studied them at length like I have the actual Railroad Eagles. So in sincere honesty, I would be guessing like the rest of the guys that have posted on this topic.

They are easily copied, however they do exist and I have seen 2 without question and vet direct, there is a distinguishing mark (foundry) and its on the inside wing. This one does not look good personally. But they are copied as much if not more than others. But there are real ones and the ones I saw were real.
