      Fascinating. I've never seen a corner patch like that on a Fanfare Banner. Bann 242 was indeed from Juelich.

        i get from the family two banners.

        The second one is with no tags
        My special field are buckles.

            The number 782 from the manufacturer seems a bit implausible. Further the style of lettering and especially the number seems odd too me.

            These HJ-banners normally did not have a patch with indication and when this would have been done in the early years only. 782 (Georg Walther) did not have an RZM permission before September 26, 1936.

              Hello Wim,

              it comes directly from the owners son out of a neighbors hous ..........

              He did not even know what that is and thought it would be a standard flag .

              I myself do not know any stuff about things ..........

                  I agree with Wilhelm Saris , please post this on the HJ Research Forum . One more thing is that it has a B tax level Rzm stamp . The B level would be for insignia like a shoulderstrap . The manfacturing of a trumpet banner would have a much higher tax level letter.
