What i find amazing is that Latino man signature, correct me if im wrong but is it true, if you were from another nation and enlisted you were awarded citizenship ?

Noncitizen service members weren't automatically granted citizenship. They had to file a naturalization petition after their service, but most of the usual requirements for naturalization were waived.

Lots of Mexican nationals living in the US volunteered to serve, and after Mexico joined the war they were subject to the US draft too.

Nice GI signed original WW2 rare size RKF, congratulations.
I'm noting from elsewhere online, that the 417th U.S. Infantry
was ordered into active military service on 15 June 1942 and
reorganized at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. This regiment
had heavy losses at the Luxembourg-German border, the cross-
ing of the Sauer River and at the conquest of the Siegfried Line
at the beginning of their combat in January and February 1945.
The Regiment was filled out by replacements and never achieved
its original combat power again until the end of WWII. Disbanded
31 August 1945 in Germany.
