      Spot on OFW. I hardly ever see the poles...very rare and a nice find. Congrats.

      Back to the pole top. I know people get concerned about the porosity....rightfully so in most cases, but this particular style top and manufacture seem like they had quality issues. And this is just a guess/opinion...it seems like they tried to correct the issues by over buffing them, trying to remove material to get past the air pockets. Some may mistaken the over buffing as a poor copy/mold lacking detail and get apprehensive about it. Just my opinion/observation after seeing many examples like this.

        Mine is an RZM M3/34/35 eagle and it also has some pitting scattered about. And yes it's a no brainer original, Forrest Gump approved!
