Collector seeks comments on a DRK flag eagle.
Large multi piece construction, all of the black
is sewn onto the white, in two separate pieces.
White background looks to have been one if not
two pieces as well. It measures 41” x 52”.

tough call , but did you look closely at threads/stitching or did they blacklight?

otherwise and I might be too picky but its the details, is that the neck is short and the beak usually is parallel to top of wing or at least close.
The other is the body lines that don't go further up toward bottom of swaz.
Your thoughts?

Thanks for responding, I don’t know a lot about this but I got it from what I’ve been told a reputable auction house Ratisbon from Germany. The cloth does not UV under black light and all the threads burn clean. No melting. I was curious about the “beek@ looks squared off to me as opposed to rounded.

thanks for responding.
It very well might be ok, just some things I saw that struck me.
I do like the yellowing on (white) background, its size, detail.

Thanks ken, it’s pretty sweet. I have a few Concerns also when it Comes to some of the finer details but I am not as experienced as the rest. It’s very large,I’d love to see the flag it came from.
