Large Banner Stamp Question

Hello everyone:
Recently I’ve picked up this large banner and was getting ready to post it on the estand. Before I do, I would like to know what to say about this ink stamp. Any ideas?

The banner is 131“ x 47“. Multi peace construction and pretty nice. Thanks in advance, Skip

I agree, Skip -- this is a very nice example. Is it single or double-sided?

Sorry but I can offer no info on the rubber stamping.

It is double sided and still has the pole sleeve.

IMO, a nice and big swastika banner.
Unable to read the stamp in question, but
it may look something like as shown below.
