Just stumbled onto this collection. As my main focus is on U.S. WW 1&2 items these will eventually be moved on to German collectors.
Also recently found a signed copy of Sargeant York the last of the Long Hunters & a family Bible at a garage sale.

This is not a gorget from the early 1930's. They then did not have the disc. They were positioned later then 1936.Originally posted by Br. James View Post

This type of gorget was first meant only to be used by the bearer's for the DE-Standarte and phrased as Ringkragen.
It took until September 18, 1933 as when the regulations were changed and also other flag bearer's could wear
one. Then the gorget was phrased as Brustschild. This item was to be worn by the so-called Kornett from the
bearers of SA-flags and standards.
It might be interesting to know that the SA gorget at no time was described in the manufacturing-regulations from
