            I would say no earlier than c.1941, based
            on the Spanish uniform GC emblem with
            zig-zag edge, which I believe came into
            use at the same time as the St. John the
            Evangelist cap eagle with red cross of St.
            James in the center. Your very nice drum
            cover should be worth $500 to $1K IMO.
