    My first Kriegsflag!

Picked up a flag a couple weeks ago. Always wanted a huge one from a battleship or harbour, but this was available locally so figured why not. Nicely marked. The white is more offwhite now then the photos suggest. Nice hangers.

    Hello CAR:
IMO, a nice WW2 era WTF (more likely WFT)
made RKF - I'm still trying to figure out that mark.
In any case, congratulations on your "first" RKF,
a RKF being my first military flag back in 1970.

Here is another RKF size graphic that
I made via photoshop. It shows ships
and authorized KM-B flag size on left.

                  I didn't see that listing, maybe I
                  missed it? I've never seen a #12
                  (450x750cm) RKF listed anywhere
for sale. Found mine in the 1970's.

From 2004 WAF t=73442, "documented Graf Spee RKF

CanadianAR, very nice flag and one to be proud of. I’ve owned a couple KM flags over the last 32 years (I started collecting at age 14) and have been keeping my eye out for the right one now that I’ve cranked up my collecting again. I like to buy a display size and then one of the “monster sized” flags. It’s pretty amazing the larger flags (of all branches) can be had cheaper than the smaller, generally. I hope to pick up my first SS flag this year.

                              Regards,
                              Joel
