NSRL Flag - Help Authenticating Appreciated!

I put my hands on this great flag but I am outside of my comfort zone and I cannot locate markings on this one (which I know is not unusual.) Anyone has experience with these? It's unlike others I have seen out there.

    Thank you!

Seems to be a period flag. What are your
concerns about it? Also what is the size?

It's about 6 feet in length which is bigger than the ones I have seen before. The few and far between that I have seen typically have a different attachment system and will have a inscription and I could not see the remnants or the ghostings of one anywhere. I also believe it to be original but I want to make sure as it is a rather peculiar one. Getting someone's opinion never hurts!

Yours is an organization flag meant to be flown rather an individual unit flag meant to be carried or "trooped". The unit flag would have pole rings and a corner patch embroidered with the local sports group's designation.
