IMO, looks like an authentic pb,
based on correct fringe type, etc. It
should measure as metric, including
swastika arms and circle. A design in
the basic form , being less elaborate.

Thanks for the replies & help. It is hard to take an accurate measurement because of the little creases in it. It measures differently in different locations.
