The pennant said to be from a 1930’s era German Gymnastic organization. It is muli-piece and is approximately 36 cm X 54 cm.

I have learned that it is M.T.V. Patterson, a Male sports club and this pendant is from when the first females were allowed to join the club and formed a female chapter, the "Turnerinnen Abteilung".
