Help With HJ Flag Please

Can someone please give me some info on what this flag actually is?? Thanks, Mark. It is approx. 5 and 1/2 feet by 3 and 1/2 feet.

I think this is a flag from Serbia.
Zemun is a municipality of Belgrade, which was absorbed into Belgrade in 1934.
I thought Semlin was the German translation.

This is a Gefolgschafts-flag and so was part from Bann 3, being Belgrad.

With these words one says the HJ-organization.

Yes, but also a much rarer Gefolgschafts HJ flag being from
an outside of Germany location. Nice 1941 dated RZM rings.
