    Help ID a banner

    Hello everyone,
I believe this to be a table top banner and it has the original horizontal pole. Can anyone decipher the tag on it? Many thanks.

Laim-Ost is a neighborhood west of the center of Munich. I presume the "Z." is an abbreviation for Zelle, or cell and "BL" is for Block. Both would be smaller NSDAP administrative areas. This appears to be a Stammtisch flag or perhaps a decorative desk flag for a local official. The pale blue color patch with white would relate to the Bavarian state colors of blue and white. The blue and white color scheme was also used for the local SA group.

Just for info's sake, the Gau-Munich Upper Bavaria had 1,291 cells and 4,258 block administrative sections according to the citation on this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gau_Munich-Upper_Bavaria
