    Interesting design I've not seen before -
    eagle wings going outside white border,
    printed simulated fringe, on both sides.
    As such I suspect size must be small, if
    so more like a hanging hall decoration.

      Its size is 30" x 39". It doesn't glow under black light and has a pole sleeve on top edge.
