    I like this piece, too -- it's the kind of souvenir that would have been on sale at every kiosk in Berlin during that time.

    I checked the King & Country piece, which is 8 1/2" tall as opposed to this piece at 9 7/8", and while the K&C model is interesting, just as many of their models are, this piece is quite different. And the unique Governmental/Reichstag Eagle design is right on the money.

    While I've never seen another example of this piece, I do like it. Thanks for sharing it with us, von Stubben.

      Thank you Brother James, I've never seen another in 50+ years of collecting......thank goodness for the Berlin Stadtmuseum link!
