Luftwaffe pennant

Only pic I have of this until it arrives but was wondering if this is a Luftwaffe pennant or at least part of one?
Thought it was possibly an armband but leaning more towards a pennant, comparing the eagle design.

I agree with Ron -- looks like a remnant of a LW officer fender pennant. They were triangle-shaped, double-sided, and usually wrapped around a metal frame and sewn into a clear vinyl sheath. The fabric was originally LW blue-grey, but were prone to fading.
