RAILWAY/BANNER eagle good or not?? Maybe political?? Bronce?? Help please!

Hello guys,
a friend of mine has got this eagle on woodwork and he wants to know if is genuine or not. He said probably banner eagle? It measures 70cm lenght / 40cm high and is weight 3.6kg.

The eagle is just a cast copy. Nice detail to it but it is not original . No maker mark on it and the area where the threaded post should be doesn't look like it ever had them on it . Also the location of the bottom mount is not correct.

Fake, made from silicone mold, at the rear you still see the little bubbles likes balls from the copying mold.
Regular eagles had a material indication and producer stamp or sign.
The threads in the attachment plates seem not to be machined.
