I have this banner that my Uncle sent back to my late father from Germany during the war and I can remember it when I was very little (60 now). Don't know if anyone can make out the maker name or not, but was wondering what sort of value it would worth. It measures W56" x D95" and has a series of ties to tie to a pole.

IMO Italian made based on header material and ties.
Unknown maker, maybe it says B.G.S.C.A. Borgner.
If WW2 German made value is likely around $200 USD.
