First I want to know if it is authentic?
Lastly the asking price is $300.
Is that a fair price?

The flag is 36 inches long without the fringe and 27 inches wide.
I will try to get more photos.

There are no makers marks on it. The seller tells me that the attachments are two tabs at the opposite side of rhe fringe. He will likely send me photos tomorrow.

IMO, a WW2 authentic podium type
banner, based on design and fringe.
Price depends on top edge condition,
& on how parts are accomplished - i.e.,
if printed or sewn (lines, circle, & swaz).
