Looks new...does it glow under a black light??

No, UV light test id negative...

it was crumpled and I ironed it (That is maybe why it looks new !)

Hello LOTHRINGEN:
IMO at best a non-RZM spec made banner,
based on size and SS bolt construction.
You could also burn test a loose thread for
modern material use (period burns to ash).
......OFW.......

(below) IMO some non-RZM SS bolt construction.
(below-2) An OFW type 4 SS banner I do like.

i already did the test of burn ing thread .... flag is made of old and i hope period thread : it burns to ash
