    Eagle Pennant, MMMMMMM....

    Posting for a mate who's not sure of its period, and to tell the truth niether am i, if its period then the printing and very thin material reminds me of the bunting strung together used for functions etc, or a 1970's repro, any help folks

      I don't recall seeing this type of pennant before, either. Shouldn't it have some sort of a sleeve through which to pass a cord for mounting it on a wall or building?

        Thats the bunting idea, ive seen the paper ones were they are just folded and stitched directly to a long string that would hold around 20 together, the single paper ones seen have been cut up to sell or by the vet to put amongst the rest of his odds collected

            Peter - many thanks for posting my pennant - thank you also OFW for confirming our reservations on its authenticity ... or not in this case! .... we thought it may be an old 1970's fake pennant? .... so it's now condemned to the repro collection!
